This website is run by the office of Cllr Danny Carter. We want as many residents as possible to be able to use it — whatever your device, eyesight, hearing, mobility, or confidence with technology.

What we've done to help
- Plain-English menus and page names — no council jargon.
- You can zoom up to 300% without text spilling off the screen.
- The site works with a keyboard alone and with screen readers.
- You can talk to the AI Caseworker out loud instead of typing, and it can read replies aloud.
- A light and dark colour theme, with colours chosen for readable contrast.
- The site works on phones, tablets, and computers.
Known limitations
- Some older documents attached to news posts may not be fully accessible.
- Live voice chat with the AI Caseworker needs a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, or Safari).
- Maps of ward issues may be difficult to use with a screen reader — the same information is available as a list.
