Should Birmingham City Council add the A452 Chester Road to its speed camera priority list?

A seven-day survey found 64.8% of vehicles on Chester Road exceeding the 30mph limit, with 1,028 vehicles doing 50mph+. Since 2022 there have been 17 collisions and 18 casualties. The Council's existing cameras are broken with no funded replacement, and Chester Road has been left off the priority list for new Average Speed Enforcement. Should it be added?
