The idea
A proper community bonfire night at Pype Hayes Park, with an organised fireworks display and a funfair on or around 5 November.
Why it matters
- A safe, family-friendly night out on our doorstep
- A safe alternative to fireworks being let off in the streets
- A boost for local businesses who sponsor or trade at the event
