The idea
A volunteer street captain for every street in Pype Hayes. They would share news and new priorities on their street's WhatsApp group and help neighbours report problems.
Why it matters
Many residents are not online much. Street captains make sure nobody misses out.
How you can help
Back this priority and say in the comments if you would like to be a captain for your street.
